Adapted from one of the most thrilling novels by Agatha Christie, Murder on the Orient Express is a murder mystery on a derailed train with an intriguing plot.
Back on his way to London, Belgian detective Hercule Poirot finds himself at a crime scene in the midst of the first class train compartment.
The plot thickens when a man who calls himself as Samuel Ratchett approaches Poirot to be his bodyguard for the journey as he fears for his life and feels that someone is going to kill him. Poirot refuses Samuel's request. That same night Poirot hears noises from Samuel's compartment and the next day Mr.Buoc, the direcror of the orient express, states that Samuel has been stabbed to death. Around the same time, the train derails and help is on its way, but Poirot still has a murder to solve on the meantime. Based on the clues he found in Ratchett's compartment, Poirot concludes that Ratchett's real name was John Cassetti , the man who kidnapped and murdered Daisy Armstrong, a little girl who was abducted from her house for ransom.
After talking to all the passengers, Poirot finds out that everyone there was some way or the other related to Daisy Armstrong. So in the end Poirot settles on two conclusions, out of which one is correct. Either it was a lone man who murdered John and set out on another stations in between or the passengers connected to Daisy did it as a whole. Which one is correct? Watch to find out!
