Synopsis
Jumanji, the movie every 90’s kid was in love with, had a beautiful combination of board games, treasure hunts, friendship and comedy. The sequel of the movie is out to recreate the sheer joy it gave back then.
The sequel to 1995 film is exciting and different but a relatable version and for this movie, you can literally say that “Nothing has changed yet everything is New”.
All the action unfolds in the jungle after four high school kids get sucked into a video game and get converted into whole new avatars. These kids convert into characters that are totally un-relatable to their real-life personalities and that makes the situation really humorous and interesting. All the characters were really unique and funny but the one person who stole the show was jack black, he impressed everyone from the beginning, as he plays a teenage girl trapped in the body of the middle-aged man. The rock was fantastic and funny as ever and impressed both with his acting and physique.
Another character played by Kevin Hart was brilliant with his comic timing whereas the surprise element of the movie was Nick Jonas as he was fabulous. The effects used in the movie were absolutely phenomenal and the movie felt like a real game to the viewers in addition to that, the 3D effects was a cherry on the top.
The writing of the movie was brilliant and engaging that left the audience wanting more.
